Executive Administrator
 

DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Promise Tangeman-Wurzell, the CEO and Creative Director of Go Live, the Executive Administrator is responsible for providing administrative services and  management to Promise and the Go Live team. The position serves as a first point of contact for Go Live’s customers and clients including incoming inquiries, day to day correspondence amongst the team and other various organizations. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, leadership, and top notch customer service skills in a small but fast paced environment.

HOURS

40-50 hours per week

LOCATION

Rancho Cucamonga, California
 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedules & conducts calls and emails with potential clients & customers and follows up
  • Responds to customer support emails and technical questions
  • Schedules meetings, appointments and books travel 
  • Maintains and organizes files, data, notes and finished projects
  • Manages the project calendar 
  • Schedules our clients with appropriate designers
  • Manages each design project aiding in communication with the client and the designer
  • Writes, preps, & publishes blog posts, email campaigns & social media posts
  • Preps/edits graphics and documents
  • Edits & maintains Go Live's website (no coding knolwledge needed)
  • Attends conferences, meetings and industry events
  • Plans & coordinates both in-person and online events
  • Assists CEO & Team with all other various tasks, functions and duties that may be assigned

Writing, scheduling, organizing, time management, client relations, customer service, sales, deal closing, IT skills, travel logistics, verbal communication, email communication, technologically savvy, analyzing data, presentations, SEO (preferred) and brand strategy (preferred).
