Q&A with Jessica Janzen

What is your expertise or claim to fame?

Today, I spend my time helping leaders, teams, and organizations around the world embrace their humanity. I’ve worked in just about every industry, in almost every U.S. state and several other countries, and in hundreds of virtual meeting rooms. Whether I’m delivering a keynote talk, multi-day workshop, or facilitating ongoing development, my goal is always the same: to ignite the kind of human leadership that builds trust, belonging, and wildly engaged cultures.

What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned in your business?

What you want today might not be what you want in the future. We must have the courage to evolve so that we can live a life that is true to us.

As humans, we’re constantly growing and changing. So when you’re a business owner or entrepreneur, you have to be open to making your business evolve with you.

What does it mean to you to redesign your website?

A new website is such an exciting thing because it gives us a chance to showcase what we’re passionate about, what we’re working on, and how we’ve evolved. We’ve aligned our new site with the vision for the world we want to build through my speaking work. It almost feels like a rebirth for us because along with the new site, we also launched our new brand: Igniting human leadership: building cultures of trust, belonging, and engagement.

Why did you ultimately decide to work with GoLive?

This was our second time building a new website with GoLive! We had such an amazing experience working with them the first time that we knew there was no other company we wanted to work with. Between updates, we worked with GoLive to add pages, do some smaller redesigns, and make our site a great resource.

Working with GoLive truly feels like having a creative partner. Throughout the process, it was clear that we both wanted to make our site the best it could be. It never felt transactional; it felt like we were truly collaborating together.
