Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Our Squarespace website template affiliate program requires all users to apply to be an affiliate with Go Live HQ. While most applications are accepted, Go Live HQ reserves the right to refuse or terminate any affiliate relationship for any reason.
Affiliates receive 20% commission of all website template purchases made by customers entering Go Live HQ’s website through their unique referral link within 45 days of clicking said link.
Any commissions earned on refunded purchases will be invalidated and deducted from the affiliate’s account or retained from future earnings as necessary.
All accounts will be paid out in $USD via PayPal. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to maintain an active PayPal account that can accept payment.
Payouts will be made once a month.
It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that all contact and payment details are updated and maintained as necessary.
Affiliates are not allowed to earn referrals on their own purchases made through their own affiliate links.
We don’t believe in being spammy and we believe in following the letter of the law. All affiliates must follow guidelines set out by the FTC. Make sure to disclose your partnership with Go Live HQ when using your unique referral link.
Affiliate Partners cannot sell the website templates in their own shop on their own website. All purchases must be made through Go Live HQ's website, www.golivehq.co.
Don’t try to pull anything crazy. Do not establish domains with similar spelling to Go Live HQ for the purpose of generating affiliate commissions; do not generate commissions through pay-to-click, click exchange, deal/coupon sites, spam or other incentive-based methods; do not use cookie-stuffing techniques. If you are unsure about any methods you are using, feel free to contact us first.
Go Live HQ reserves the right to withhold referral commissions or terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.
