Katie Shannon is a people science provocateur and coach who works with leaders driven to disrupt and drive progress. We were grateful to partner with Katie again as she stepped into a new chapter of her brand. For this Semi-Custom Website Design, we used the Quinn template, paired a Logo and Brand Kit to create a website that matched her evolved vision: radically authentic, clear, strong, and sophisticated.

Katie’s work and audience have grown significantly since her first site launched. The new site was designed to reflect that evolution—clean and high-end, with punchy textures, modern fonts, and a bold yet minimal layout. Katie and her team had a clear creative direction from the start, and we brought that vision to life through confident design choices that showcase Katie’s unique approach to helping visionary leaders break free from outdated systems and step fully into their potential. With this new platform, Katie is well-positioned to grow her presence in media and on stages, while continuing to lead powerful, transformative work.

Logo & Brand Identity

We designed a bold and intentional brand identity that reflects Katie’s radically authentic voice and sharp, strategic edge. She wanted a look that felt clear, strong, and interesting… with just the right touch of wit. The result is a brand that stands out with confidence while staying grounded in purpose.

As part of our Logo & Brand Kit package, our clients receive three custom logo concepts, followed by two rounds of revisions to finalize both the logo and submark. The brand kit also includes curated font pairings, a unified color palette, and additional design elements like graphics, textures, and patterns, providing all the tools a brand needs to build a strong, consistent visual identity.
