Our Semi-Custom option starts with one of our proven GoLive templates and redesigns it around your brand. Custom Design is built entirely from scratch with complete creative freedom. Both are strategic, personality-packed, and built to convert — the difference is the level of customization and investment.

Your website design includes two rounds of revisions during the Design Sprint (5 days for Restyle, 10 days for Custom). You’ll get drafts of each page as we go, and you’ll have time to share your feedback and requests. If you want to make more changes after those two rounds or after the Design Sprint is over, we’re happy to help! We offer additional revisions at our hourly design rate.

Design packages don't include branding or copy, but both are available as add-ons. Many clients find that starting with brand and copy sets their Design Sprint up for the best possible result. We can talk through what makes sense for you on your discovery call.

Once you book your website design with us, we’ll give you a handy checklist of everything you’ll need to gather—like images, videos, and the text for each page. We ask that you send us all your content at least one week before your Design Sprint starts, so our team has time to review it and spot any gaps. Don’t worry, we’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure you’re all set!

Squarespace is designed to be user-friendly, so updating your site is simple and straightforward. After your site goes live, we’ll send you personalized training videos that walk you through how to make updates, swap photos, edit text, and manage your content. You’ll feel confident making changes on your own as your business grows.

Yes! We offer hourly design work for our past clients with a 2-hour minimum. Whether you need small updates or bigger changes, we can usually fit them in within 1 to 2 business weeks. Just email us anytime at launch@golivehq.co to learn more or request support.

Squarespace’s Core plan is required for your website hosting and costs approximately $275 annually. As a GoLive client, you’ll receive 20% off your first year! Domain registration fees are your responsibility, along with any custom fonts or plugins your design may require.

To book your Design Sprint, a 35% retainer is due to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your Design Sprint begins.
