How It Works

  • Browse the shop and pick your favorite Squarespace template, or take our quiz to find the perfect match!

  • Purchase and schedule your setup day with one of our designers. Site setups are available Monday through Thursday, with start times at 9am EST or PST.

  • Once you’re booked, you’ll get access to Basecamp (our project management tool) along with clear instructions on where to upload your content (images, branding). You can add or update files up to 3 hours before your setup begins.

  • On your setup day, we’ll work 1:1 with you over a full business day. You’ll give quick feedback as we go, and we’ll show you how to edit your new site with confidence.

  • By the end of the day, your site will be ready to launch! Just add your website words, connect your domain, and upgrade your Squarespace plan. (We’ll guide you through everything!)

  • Site Setup is just implementing your branding, colors, graphics and images into the existing template that you purchased, creating a strong foundation for you to add in your copywriting and continue to build and expand on. We won't heavily customize the layout or add in your personalized copywriting in this service. Whereas our Restyle service is heavily customizing the template layout, style, and functionality to fit your brand and business needs.

  • We will implement your branding into the template, (colors, logo, images, and graphics) but we won't typically deviate from the template layout or functionality. We also do not input your personalized copywriting, that is your responsibily to add in after the Site Setup day. However, if we finish implementing your site early, we can continue with additional edits until the end of the business day together. But generally speaking, if you'd like heavy customization, check out our Restyle service.

  • We'll upload your current logo into the template for you (if you have one and you're able to provide the logo file to us). Otherwise if you do not have a logo, we will write your business name following the same format as the logo in the template you chose.

  • Up to 2 add on pages are included in your site setup service fee. Just enter the add on pages you would like to use in your template when you are filling our the form to book your site setup.

  • Our team will coordinate with you to ensure we have everything we need to start. But in general, before your scheduled call, you will need to have the following items compiled into one folder on your computer: Your logo file (if you have one) and any of your existing branding elements, your color palette (or a sample of what you want for your colors), and all the images you want used on the website. You may want to consider having your copywriting prepped and ready, as that is your responsibility to swap in after we hand over your site.

  • We work very swiftly to get the basics finished (logo, colors, graphics & images) by the end of the business day. However, if you have submitted additional requests beyond the project scope or if you have delayed feedback, we can schedule a couple of hours to complete the additional work at our hourly rate.

  • You are responsible to swap in your copywriting after we hand over your site at the end of the Site Setup Session. We show you how to edit, tweak and change your site, so you will have no problem adding that in when we're all finished.

  • Site setups are available to book Monday through Thursday, with start times at 9am EST or PST.
