Project Manager

We’re looking for someone who can lead our clients through our fast-paced process!

Description

A Project Manager at GoLive plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, organized, and strategic experience for both the client and the design team. They are responsible for setting clients up for success, blending project management and brand strategy to ensure each client has a clear vision for their website before their Design Sprint begins. This includes making sure all necessary materials, assets, and details are fully prepared in advance.

During the project, the PM acts as a buffer between the client and the design team, handling questions about what is and isn’t included while keeping a close eye on communication. They ensure there are no long gaps in updates—never letting a client feel left wondering about the project's progress.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about online business strategy. A successful GoLive PM thrives on clear communication, staying ahead of deadlines, and taking initiative to solve problems. Ultimately, they keep everything running smoothly, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure each project stays on track for a seamless website launch.
