Modern And Playful Squarespace Design For CEO Leadership Coach
Kelly is the founder of Believe Better Coaching, through which she coaches women leaders and CEOs in Fortune 500 companies. Her passion is equipping women to amplify their impact and influence so they can fulfill their potential. She's worked with women at companies like Disney, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and more!

For this project, we chose The Jada Template for Squarespace as the base for a Restyle Design. One of the main goals for the site was to make it feel inviting and showcase Kelly’s experience as a thought leader and coach and establish her brand identity. This site has limited imagery, so the typography and movement of the site was a big focus. We added some custom waves on every page to give it that unique, and engaging look.

What is your expertise or claim to fame?
I help women leaders in Fortune 500 shift from working harder by thinking smarter. As a corporate burnout survivor and perfectionist in recovery I know that success isn't successful if it's unsustainable. Equipping women with an optimized mindset amplifies their impact and influence so they can fulfill their potential without the personal sacrifice.
What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned in your business?
Believe it can be easy. Our minds forever want to add complexity because we're prim ed for hard, so simplicity feels like cheating. But it's actually smart and efficient, who doesn't need more of that?
What does it mean to you to redesign your website?
I wanted to create a safe space for women to gain valuable insights into how cultural conditioning and corporate mythology have perpetuated our self limiting beliefs. Women tell me my content makes them feel seen. Nobody teaches us that Leadership is an inside job and empowerment comes from advancing our mindset.
