ABOUT THE CLIENT
Skinjectables
Skinjectables is a walk-in anti-aging bar and the go-to medical aesthetic destination for the skincare savvy. Its founder, Katie O’Brien has been in the industry since 2003, and has been a national trainer on all things injectable. With two locations operating in AZ, she knew it was time to make their online presence as bold as their in person one.
ABOUT THE DESIGN
One of the main goals with this design was to create a site that reflected our client’s style icons (Brigitte Bardot and Marilyn Monroe) and was clear and organized enough for her customers. For this project, our team worked on a Restyle of our vault template, Vital Force, which was the perfect base for this design. It has an editorial and refined structure and gave us the perfect mix between clean lines and vintage elements. We also enjoyed using a mix of illustration and vintage photography to create the classy but “bombshell” look and feel of the site.

Q&A with Katie O’Brien
What is your expertise or claim to fame?
I’ve been a Derm PA with focus on aesthetics since 2003, around the time when Botox cosmetic first came on the market. I have been a national trainer of all things injectable and have had the privilege of working side by side some of the worlds most esteemed cosmetic providers.
What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned in your business?
To lead with kindness and integrity and respect while maintaining a professional, rather than friendship based relationship with employees.
What does it mean to you to redesign your website?
A refreshening of the brand I created to reinject enthusiasm and excitement around it as well as to renew and restore my own passion for my craft.
