Michelle Money - you may know her from a little-known show called The Bachelor ;) - teaches women how to look and feel beautiful from the inside out! She needed a website as bold beautiful as her and her mission. We wanted to bring energy and light to her little corner of the web! Everything about her brand is fun, bold and unique, just like her.
We did a Restyle on the Meticulous Template and incorporated her killer images and our own fun little design elements to deliver a fun, high-end and inviting brand and website. We can't wait to see how her new site brings her business teaching women to feel beautiful, confident and empowered more and more success.

GO LIVE: WHERE DID YOUR PASSION FOR THE INDSTURY OR CRAFT START?
MICHELLE: I started at the Estée Lauder counter at Macy’s and went on to freelance for Bobbi Brown, Mac, Laura Mercier, Paula Dorff, TiGi, and Biotherm. After discovering my passion for making women feel beautiful, I decided to further my education and went on to graduate from Hairitage College of Beauty where I became licensed as a professional cosmetologist. My background in the beauty industry led me to teaching an online makeup course, Master Your Money Look, which evolved into a combination of beauty, confidence, self-love, and so much more.
GO LIVE: DID YOUR EDUCATION HELP PREPARE YOU FOR THE INDUSTRY OR FOR STARTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS? OR ARE YOU SELF-TAUGHT?
MICHELLE: My education and experience in the beauty industry prepared me to share my knowledge and insight with women, however, I don't have a background in business. I've been learning as I go about things like strategy, marketing, analytics, accounting, etc., and am so proud that my business continues to grow and thrive!
GO LIVE: WHAT’S THE HARDEST LESSON YOU’VE LEARNED IN YOUR BUSINESS?
MICHELLE: The hardest lesson I've learned as a business owner is how vital it is that I have a solid understanding of my finances. I never really learned how to manage my money, budget, balance my accounts, etc. Although I've worked with professionals to help manage my finances throughout the years, I've recently realized that managing my money well had to start with me fully understanding it. It has been so empowering to learn how to make money work for me and my business instead of against it.
GO LIVE: WHAT DO YOU WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU WHEN YOU STARTED OUT?
MICHELLE: I wish someone had told me that it's normal to go through highs and lows. That it is normal to have dips in your business, and periods of time where things plateau. It's so easy to get discouraged or doubt yourself, especially as a new business. I think it's really important to remember that all businesses experience ups and downs, and that the most successful businesses equip themselves with the tools needed to navigate through the lows, rather than giving up when things get tough.
GO LIVE: WHAT WAS THE MOMENT YOU HAD WHEN YOU SAID, “I SHOULD DO THIS” OR WHAT MADE YOU TAKE THE JUMP INTO WORKING FOR YOURSELF?
MICHELLE: I had an idea for an online makeup class that I was pretty sure would work, but I wanted to test it out. During my beta course I saw clearly that the need for what I had to offer was great. I had identified a real pain point that many women experience and I was able to put together a course that addresses that need and resonated with women in all stages of life. By the time that beta course ended, I knew my business model would work and I have not looked back!
GO LIVE: WHAT THINGS HAVE YOU GAINED / DO YOU HOPE TO GAIN IN YOUR LIFE FROM FOLLOWING THIS DREAM?
MICHELLE: The most rewarding part of what I do is the opportunity to impact real change in the lives of women. As my business grows and I am able to expand my reach and get my message out to more women, I know I will continue to be more and more fulfilled.
GO LIVE: WHY DID YOU ULTIMATELY DECIDE TO WORK WITH US FOR YOUR RESTYLE OR CUSTOM DESIGN?
MICHELLE: I had to come to a place in my business where I knew exactly how I wanted to grow in this next phase, but my current website didn't support the vision for where we were going as a brand. My team and I have been learning from Go Live HQ for awhile now, so it was a no brainer for us to reach out for a Restyle so that we could quickly and easily get our website launched without losing momentum toward our goals.
